The Importance of Self-Care
We are all running round like headless chickens on the constant treadmill of life. This obviously increases
are stress hormone, negatively affects our sleep and detriment to our health. So although we may be
living longer because of medical advancement, our quality of life as we get older is not good enough.
If we take a break, pause and de stress, we will be able to enjoy our current and later years even more.
What Happens On Our Retreat?
We offer one day workshops or wellbeing weekends. They can be single sex or mixed. With both these events elements covered include nutrition, exercise, guided meditation, mindfulness and behaviour
change.
We will speak to each individual to find out what they want to get out of the workshop and learn more
about their wants and needs. The itinerary for the event will be sent and we will see you there.
