Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund; however, a £15 administration fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs. 

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to the full appointment fee.
